An exquisitely beautiful antique Bohemian Czech tutti frutti glass dropper negligee necklace – which will take your breath away! Crafted during the cusp of the Edwardian and Art Deco eras, this necklace mesmerises with its gorgeous array of colours – particularly when it catches the light. The necklace is slightly asymmetrical, but this is barely noticeable and it looks as though it has been this way for generations.
This is a very old and delicate piece, which is still very wearable today, but would need to be treated with care. There is some wear to some of the glass droppers and the silvered links, but there is nothing which detracts in any way from its immense charm. It closes with a clear paste fish hook clasp. This is the best type of clasp in my opinion, as it is virtually impossible for a necklace to fall off and get lost or broken, with one of these clasps. Unsigned, but undoubtedly Czech, from the old Kingdom of Bohemia. Such a beautiful and colourful piece – and Totally Unique!
