The information sheet on the inside of the lid shows what the box should contain:
1) Continental 2 pin plug
2) British 2 pin
3) North American 2 blade
4) British Standard BC (Bayonet)
5) Edison screw
This box has four items present: two no 4’s and an Edison screw, along with a Remington adaptor B5
