A beautiful and very elegant vintage double strand imitation pearl necklace, made up of exquisite, very realistic, lustrous glass pearls. The fancy push-in clasp is fabulous, heavily gold plated, with imitation baroque pearls and diamantes. It also has a safety chain, denoting high quality. The ‘pearls’ have a remarkably realistic, high-quality appearance, so much so, that the necklace could easily be mistaken for a genuine pearl necklace. They are uniform in size (apart from the one on each strand next to the clasp). Unsigned, but you can just tell that this is a high-end quality piece.
The ‘pearls’ are in Wonderful Condition, with only minor surface wear to a couple, which isn’t noticeable unless scrutinising with a jeweller’s loupe, certainly not when wearing.
