A fabulous HUGE vintage white pearlescent enamel flower brooch. The brooch is made up of two different layers of petals, riveted together in a 3D design. The front part, with the large faux pearl, is articulated and moves around. The white pearly enamel is just beautiful – it shimmers when it catches the light. The flower stem is somewhere between a silver and a gold colour, and the leaves are enamelled in green. There is a tiny bit of enamel loss on the edges of the petals, and the pearl has a small amount of surface wear, but you really don’t notice this when wearing, only if scrutinising. The brooch is in great condition for its age. It fastens with a rollover safety catch.
I believe it’s likely to be by Coro. It isn’t signed, but I have seen similar pieces by Coro which are signed.
Extra Large Size, Measures approximately: 3.5″ or 87mm across (including the stem)
