A Wonderful Reminder of Times Gone By.
A very charming vintage Cussons ‘Imperial Leather’ Soap Box, in a vibrant red colour, with a lovely Crinoline Lady. The corners of the lid are all intact (which is unusual to find as these are usually the first to fall apart on old card). The interior is clean, with foxing commensurate with age. There is some age related surface wear, mainly at the corners and along the edges, but nothing which detracts in any way from its immense charm.
The box would be perfect to have on display, as a film / TV prop, or could be used to store jewellery and trinkets etc.
Measures: 6.75″ x 3.25″ or 17cm x 8cm
