A fabulous vintage mid-century ceramic tulip shaped vase, most likely from Germany. A unique piece of Mid-Century Modern style, hand-decorated predominantly with a gorgeous aqua blue satin glaze and dark brown/purple glossy glaze, which gives an interesting texture, as well as a striking drip design. Marked ‘Foreign’, it has an impressed number backstamp indicating its authenticity and studio craftsmanship, as well as its limited number – making it a standout piece for collectors of vintage mid century ceramics.
