A truly beautiful antique Art Nouveau, or Art Deco, Chinese hand-carved Natural Red Coral and white metal (likely silvered bronze) filigree dress clip/brooch. The coral is a lovely deep salmon red colour and is beautifully glossy. The carving is in high relief with a pretty floral design. The filigree work on the front is very intricate and has a lovely aged patina. The clip on the reverse is strong and working well, it has two teeth to keep it firmly in place. Signed in two places ‘Made in China’. There are no silver marks.
