An adorable antique Art Deco Venetian Murano pink wedding cake glass beads necklace, with gorgeous and unusual green and red lampwork detail, which I think look rather like cherries. There is also gold aventurine. The beads are all hand-made, differing very slightly in shape and size. The necklace is a lovely longer length, which is also quite unusual to find. There is a teeny tiny chip to one of the beads, mentioned for the sake of accuracy, which is only noticeable if scrutinising with a jeweller’s loupe, not whilst wearing (please see penultimate photo). There is nothing which detracts from the immense charm of this very pretty necklace. Fastens with a shepherd’s hook clasp.
Everything is ALL ORIGINAL.
Lovely length – not too long, not too short. Measures approximately : 19.25″ or 49cm
