A rare and beautiful vintage mid-century, ARISTO COPENHAGEN DENMARK bud vase. The vase is a gorgeous vibrant blue, it has been hand painted with beautiful and delicate blossom branches, and is finished with a gilt circle around the rim. Simply beautiful! Stamped on the base ‘ARISTO Copenhagen Denmark’ and numbered 105/31. You don’t see these come up for sale very often.
The little vase stands 4” tall, or just over 10cm
It is in wonderful condition for its considerable age. There are no chips. The only thing of note, which is only visible on close inspection, is that a few of the blossom petals, near the base, have worn off. I don’t think this detracts in any way from its immense charm, but please see the photographs.
