A beautiful eye-catching antique Art Deco Venetian Murano tutti frutti sommerso beads necklace. The beads are pinched, they are a lovely twisted long oval shape, they all vary slightly in shape and are undoubtedly all hand-made. They necklace is strung with glossy French jet spacer beads, which makes for a fantastic contrast. The glittering gold aventurine sparkles beautifully when it catches the light. The necklace fastens with the original brass screw barrel clasp.
When it came to me, the necklace was on the original cat gut thread and didn’t hang very well. Now it has been professionally re-threaded…. and it looks Fantastic! It is just begging to be worn. The necklace is in Fabulous Condition, with no damage that I can find.
