An absolutely stunning vintage aurora borealis bib necklace, with lashings of gold and dazzling rhinestone crystals – really eye-catching! The stones are in beautiful pastel rainbow colours. They flash from pink, to blue, to gold whenever they catch the light. All of the stones are present and original to the piece. They are gold foiled and open-back set for maximum sparkle.
The gold tone metal on the reverse has some wear here and there, which is inevitable with these necklaces, but it doesn’t show from the front, and doesn’t in my opinion detract in any way from its immense charm. The necklace is on a fancy gold eloxal chain, which is still fabulously shiny even now. The necklace fastens with a push-in clasp.
