A Really Dramatic Eye-Catching Piece!
A fabulous vintage Art Deco Style Indian African Millefiori Trade beads necklace. The wonderful chunky beads have been hand-crafted in dramatic black, with gorgeous vibrant colours. Each bead is different, both in decoration, shape and size – a sure sign that they are hand-made. They would have been made in India, in the Venetian style, likely around the 1980’s. The necklace is strung along with glossy black round beads and is hand-knotted with a 9ct gold clasp – both denoting high quality.
The necklace is a nice length, not too long and not too short. It measures: 22.25” or 56.5cm in length
The beads measure approximately 16.35mm – 17.5mm diameter
