A STUNNING Eye-Catching Piece – Perfect for ANY SPECIAL OCCASION.
A beautiful sparkling pink pear cut Austrian crystal paste Art Deco vintage brooch, in a pretty star (or flower) shape – attributed to Schoffel & Co of Austria. The central stone is set into a crown setting, which would point to this being an unsigned piece by Schoffel & co, who often didn’t sign their work. Collectors look for the crown settings to help them identify S&Co pieces, which were of excellent quality, crafted with only the finest Austrian crystals.
This is such a RARE and Unique piece, in Superb Condition. The stones are Magnificent – huge pear cut/teardrop pastes, which sparkle fabulously whenever they catch the light. All are present and original to the piece. All the photos have been taken in daylight and some with flash, to show how fabulous it looks in different lights. The golden metal is lovely and shiny too. The brooch fastens with a rollover safety catch on the reverse. A truly stunning piece.
