A fabulous vintage clear Swarovski crystal glass aurora borealis oval beads necklace. These early Swarovski beads were only partially coated with aurora borealis finish to give them a more subtle understated look, compared to the usual flashy AB necklaces. The longer length, together with the oval beads, gives this a 1920’s Art Deco look.
The beads sparkle beautifully whenever they catch the light and flash lovely pastel rainbow colours. The necklace fastens with a screw barrel clasp. The beads are threaded on the original string, which still seems strong. The necklace is long enough to go over the head without undoing the clasp on most ladies.
Everything is ALL ORIGINAL
The necklace measures: 24.25″ or 61.5cm
The largest central bead measures: 14.7mm long
