This Fabulous Vintage Y2K Halter Neck Summer Dress was designed and hand-made by a Fashion Student, some years ago. It’s in a fantastic eye-catching Hawaiian style print. It’s a vintage piece, but Unworn – how amazing is that! A complete one-of-a-kind piece, which will make you really stand out from the crowd!
I would say it’s a UK Size S (8/10). My mannequin is Size 10.
