A beautiful hand-crafted antique Art Nouveau large sized sterling silver floral brooch, with pretty scrolling leaves. The silver has an attractive dark aged patina, so I haven’t polished it and will leave it to the buyer to do as they wish. It has an elongated Victorian pin on the reverse, which was made to go through the thicker fabrics of the day. It fastens with an early ‘C’ catch. There are no silver marks, but this isn’t unusual on a piece of this age and it has been professionally tested as sterling silver. A solid heavy piece.
