Rare Vintage Early SYLVANIAN FAMILIES Furbanks Squirrel Set. Cute Adorable. In Lovely Hand Decorated Vintage Chocolate Box.
Circa 1994
An adorable Sylvanian Families set of Furbanks Squirrels – including Mum, Dad and two children. They are in great condition for their age. Three of the figures have their original outfits, but the little girl has lost her dress unfortunately, although she still has her pink ribbon. The flocking is a little worn in a small area on the mum’s head (which can be seen in the photos) but there is nothing which detracts from their immense charm.
I am not a Sylvanian Families expert, but I have done some research and understand that the Furbanks Squirrel set was first introduced in Japan in 1993, and then in the UK in 1994. I believe this is a Rare Early set.
The set will come in the wonderful hand-decorated vintage chocolate box in the photos – which I imagine a little girl made a long time ago for her beloved collection❤️.
