Very Carmen Miranda or Marvelous Mrs Maisel!
A fabulous vintage double strand plastic beads necklace, with spatter/marbled Venetian style beads and faux amber beads, in vibrant black, peach and amber colours. It really is very different and unusual. There are lacy gold tone bead caps and a fancy cabochon set eloxal push-in clasp, which can be worn either at the back, or the side for that extra bit of versatility.
There is a small amount of wear to one or two of the beads, but you don’t notice this with the busyness of the design and it doesn’t in any way detract from its immense charm. Very lightweight and easy to wear.
The clasp is signed ‘Hong Kong’ – this was affordable high fashion jewellery back in the day, which is Highly Sought After and Collectable now.
