Antique Venetian African Hand Made Glass Beads Long Flapper Necklace Unusual Unique Vintage Lime Green Lampwork Beads For Rethreading Restringing
A really unusual and totally unique antique/vintage string of hand-made lime coloured glass beads, with white lampwork detail. I have owned these beads for many years, but know very little about them and despite extensive research have always drawn a complete blank. They are obviously old, quite clearly hand-made and hand-decorated, as each differs in shape, size and decoration. Some of the beads are broken or chipped, I counted about 8. They are strung on their original string, and although the string seems fine, it would be advisable to remove the damaged beads and restring the remaining beads.
Necklace measures: 56.5” or 143.5cm
Each bead measures approximately: 19-20mm in length
