A FABULOUS vintage Art Deco to Mid Century art glass beads long flapper necklace – very striking and unusual. The beads are hand-crafted, each slightly different in shape, size and decoration. They are clear with swirling vibrant deep red stripes, with a lovely pink hue.
There are a four spacer beads missing, but they are all in one place, so this can easily be worn to the back of the neck where it won’t show. The beads are in fantastic condition and are threaded on their original ‘cat-gut’ nylon thread, which still seems good and strong. There is no fastener – the necklace just goes on over the head and is very easy to wear.
Measures: 41.5″, or 105.5cm
The beads measure approximately: 21-23mm in length
